SOURSOP MATCHA CHIA BREAKFAST BOWL

 

A simple breakfast rich in antioxidants, fiber and nutrients 

  • 1tsp The Soursop Tea powder
  • 1 serving greek yogurt
  • organic berries
  • walnuts or almonds
  • flax seed oil and/or maple syrup

Soak 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds in filtered water for about ten minutes. When done, the seeds will have absorbed all the liquid and the result is a pudding-like texture. Now blend with your choice of ingredients
