5 Ways to Enjoy Soursop Matcha This Summer

summer soursop tea recipes

Soursop Matcha is more than the curious green drink. Apart from the fact that it has a long list of health benefits, soursop matcha is known to bring about something we could all use a bit more of—relaxation. A particular amino acid within the finely ground tea may help promote the soothing sense of mind, while also increasing concentration. It’s no wonder that Buddhist monks and samurai warriors were said to drink matcha before meditation and battle.  We have reimagined this healthy drink to create five soursop matcha recipes suited for cool and calm relaxation.

This matcha rendition is quick to prep (no frothy whisking required), thirst quenching, and rejuvenating. Just add mint leaves, agave, and lime juice.

1 cup of lukewarm water
2 scoops of organic lime juice
3 scoops of organic agave
